I’ve been there…

I understand the feeling of trying to learn wellness practices on my own because I wasn’t feeling supported in others spaces or felt out of place when seeking guidance. That is why I have made it my mission to create accessible ways to easily adapt self care practices for ALL regardless of your size, level of flexibility, and skill set. A safe space that embraces letting your guard down and allowing the ability to grow your Mind, Body and Spirit!

Private Group/Events

First, I make sure to listen to the needs of your group/event. From there, I customize a mixed blend of Body Positive Hatha Yoga grouped with Mindfulness practices. Add free flowing dance along with good vibrations and you have a yoga session that is a smooth flowing and meditative experience.
